Trafalgar Consulting was engaged by Western Sydney University to assist with the maturation of the University's security posture, as well as to support the development of the RFT Services Specification and associated pricing and evaluation documentation for an upcoming procurement activity.

As part of the security posture work, Glen facilitated an excellent Active Armed Offender session with the WSU Security Team, delivering a complex and sensitive topic with clarity and practical insight. He also developed a detailed risk assessment template that the University is now able to use across multiple locations.

Trafalgar also provided valuable support during the RFT development process, with Rebecca delivering high-quality assistance in compiling the Services Specification and RFT schedules.
