Modern Slavery Policy
Trafalgar Consulting Group's commitment to ethical business practices and human rights.
1. Introduction
Trafalgar Consulting Group ("Trafalgar") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Trafalgar Consulting Group, including employees, contractors, consultants, and any other third parties acting in our name.
2. What Is Modern Slavery?
Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It encompasses slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking. Victims of modern slavery are coerced, deceived, or forced into a situation of dependency and exploitation, often with no means of escape.

- Acting with transparency and integrity in all business relationships
- Supporting and enforcing laws that protect individuals from exploitation
- Providing a safe environment where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation
4. Due Diligence
Trafalgar Consulting Group undertakes due diligence processes in relation to modern slavery, including:
- Identifying and assessing potential risk areas within our business operations and supply chains
- Monitoring potential risk areas and implementing controls to mitigate identified risks
- Protecting whistleblowers and ensuring safe reporting mechanisms are in place
- Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of our actions on an ongoing basis
5. Supply Chain
We expect all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same standards we hold ourselves to. Trafalgar Consulting Group requires that all entities within our supply chain comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to modern slavery and human trafficking. We reserve the right to terminate business relationships with any party found to be in violation of these standards.
6. Training and Awareness
All employees and contractors engaged by Trafalgar Consulting Group are required to complete training on modern slavery awareness. This training is designed to help individuals identify the warning signs of modern slavery and understand the steps to take if they suspect a violation has occurred.
7. Reporting Concerns
Trafalgar Consulting Group encourages all employees, contractors, and third parties to report any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation. Reports can be made directly to senior management or through our designated reporting channels. All reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and investigated thoroughly.
8. Accountability
Responsibility for this policy and its implementation sits with senior management at Trafalgar Consulting Group. Any breach of this policy will be treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment, or termination of a business relationship, depending on the circumstances.
